TotalCard
TotalCard offers access to one of the largest refuelling networks in the UK. With around 900 Total garages and cross-acceptance at BP and Shell garages, the total size of the network in which TotalCard is accepted exceeds 3,000 locations.
In 2009, TotalCard was awarded the UK fuel card of the Year by the Institute of Transport Managers, judged to give the best quality and value service to fleets of all sizes.
Ideally suited to
The TotalCard is ideally suited to fleets of vans, LCV's and high mileage cars. In addition the card is excellent for businesses that require a fuel card with both diesel and unleaded acceptance, such as those with a mixed-fuel fleet of company cars.
Benefits
TotalCard is accepted at Total, BP and Shell garages. It was the first over-the-counter UK fuel card to introduce PIN technology, meaning that all transactions made at Total sites are verified. Also, online authorisation detects and refuses any lost or stolen cards.
Another benefit of the fuel card is that is can be used as payment on the M6 toll road with no additional cost to the card holder.
Site directories are provided with each fuelcard issued, showing all Total garages.
Pricing
Fuelmate offers a fixed weekly pricing on both Petrol and Diesel at Total garages with TotalCard. If the card is used at either a BP or Shell garage, the price charged is the pump price, plus a surcharge.
E-Billing
TotalCard users have the option to receive their invoices via e-mail, meaning they get them up to three days earlier than if sent by post. E-billing is a more secure and flexible way to handle data, compared with the post, and it enables the user to store the information directly on a PC.
